  • Project cancellation (before commencement): If the client cancels the service before the project has officially begun, a partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative and processing fees.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Services already rendered or partially completed.

  • Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction without a valid performance-based issue.

  • Work delivered based on the approved project scope and specifications.

  • Third-party costs, including hosting, domain registration, licenses, or advertising expenses.

5. Cancellation Policy

Clients who wish to cancel ongoing projects or subscriptions must submit a written request via email.

  • Cancellation before work begins may result in a partial refund.

  • Cancellation after work has started will incur charges proportional to the work completed.
